Gaspar's Patio Bar & Grille invites you to an extraordinary five-course bourbon pairing experience celebrating some of the most sought-after expressions from Buffalo Trace Distillery's legendary Mash Bill #2 portfolio.
Your evening begins with the exceptionally rare Elmer T. Lee 100 Year Tribute, followed by Rock Hill Farms, Blanton's Single Barrel "Tribunal Pick", Blanton's Gold, and concludes with the iconic Blanton's Straight From The Barrel. Each bourbon has been thoughtfully paired with a chef-crafted course designed to complement and elevate the unique character of every pourâfrom butter-poached scallops and prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin to rosemary-braised lamb shoulder and a decadent bourbon caramel crumb cake.
