Your evening begins with the exceptionally rare Elmer T. Lee 100 Year Tribute, followed by Rock Hill Farms, Blanton's Single Barrel "Tribunal Pick", Blanton's Gold, and concludes with the iconic Blanton's Straight From The Barrel. Each bourbon has been thoughtfully paired with a chef-crafted course designed to complement and elevate the unique character of every pour—from butter-poached scallops and prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin to rosemary-braised lamb shoulder and a decadent bourbon caramel crumb cake.
